وصفات لشد البشرة وإزالة التجاعيد
إليكم عدَّة وصفات رائعة تشد البشرة وتجعلها نضرة ولا تحتاج إلى أي مكياج.
أولا_ وصفة التمر مع الحليب: هذه الوصفة للشد والتفتيح:
المكونات:
1_ ثلاث حبات طرية ومتوسطة الحجم من التمر فالتمر له مفعول سحري في شد البشرة.
2- ملعقة صغيرة من حليب البودرة.
3_ ملعقة من لبن الزبادي ( اللبن الرائب ) إذا كانت البشرة دهنيّة نستخدم لبن ( دايت ) خالي الدّسم، أما إذا كانت البشرة عادية نستخدم لبن بلدي ( كامل الدسم ).
الطريقة:
_ نزيل قشرة التمر إن كانت قاسية وكذلك نزيل البذور ونطحنها بواسطة الملعقة.
_ نضيف فوق التمر ملعقة الحليب المجفف ونخلطهم جيدا.
_ نضيف ملعقة اللبن الرائب ونخلطهم جيداً.
طريقة الاستخدام:
1_ نعمل تقشير للبشرة ( ملعقة من السكر نخلطها بملعقة من زيت الزيتون ) نقشر به البشرة ونغسل الوجه.
2_ نضع الماسك السابق على الوجه وعلى الرقبة ونتركه لمدة نصف ساعة.
3_ نغسل الوجه نمسحه بماء الورد من أجل اغلاق المسام.
4_ نمسح الوجه بزيت اللوز الحلو للترطيب.

ملاحظة:
إذا كانت التجاعيد عميقة يستخدم هذا الماسك مرتين في الأسبوع، أما إذا كانت التجاعيد عادية يستخدم مرة واحدة في الأسبوع.

ثانياً_ وصفة القهوة ( أي نوع قهوة سواء قهوة عادية أو سريعة الذوبان ) هذا الماسك بمثابة بوتكس طبيعي للبشرة.
المكوّنات:
1_ ملعقة كبيرة من القهوة.
2_ قطعة صغيرة من الموز، فالموز فيه فيتامينات ومعادن ويحتوي على البوتاسيوم الجيد لشد البشرة وتحفيز الكولاجين الموجود في البشرة.
3_ ملعقة لبن رائب.
4_ ملعقة عسل.
نخلطهم مع بعضهم ونقلبهم حتى نحصل على قوام كريمي.
طريقة الاستخدام:
أولا نعمل مقشر للبشرة، والمقشر هو ملعقة زيت زيتون أو زيت جوز الهند، وملعقة سكر.
ننضف البشرة ونفرد الماسك على الوجه ونتركه حوالي نصف ساعة.
ننضف الوجه ونمسحه بماء الورد لإغلاق المسام.
وستحصلي على بشرة نضرة وجميلة، هذا الماسك يضاهي الكريمات الثمينة المخصصة لشد البشرة.

ثالثا__ ماسك النشاء ( الكورن فلور ) مع الفازلين:
المكونات:
1_ فازلين مقدار ملعقة تقريباً.
2_ ملعقة نشاء.
3_ ملعقتين من ماء الورد.
الطريقة:
نقشر البشرة وذلك بواسطة قطعة متماسكة من البندورة نغطها بالنشاء الجاف
ونغسل وجهنا بالماء الفاتر ونجفف وجهنا بالمنشفة ثمَّ نفرد الماسك على وجهنا مع التدليك ونتركه لمدة نصف ساعة تقريباً ثم نغسل وجهنا ونرطبه بزيت اللوز الحلو.
