جريمة قتل حرقا
أقدم ثلاثة مواطنين لبنانيين على إحراق فتاة في الرابعة عشر من عمرها داخل شقة مهجورة يملكها قريب أحد المجرمين حسب ما تبيّنَ فيما بعد والتي تقع قرب الضَّاحية الجنوبية لمدينة بيروت، في جريمة قتل مروعة هزت الرأي العام في لبنان.
وتناقلت وسائل الإعلام المحلية اللبنانية تفاصيل الجريمة البشعة، بعدما أقدم شخص على إحراق فتاة في الـ14 من عمرها داخل شقة مهجورة في منطقة برج البراجنة.
وأعلنت قيادة الجيش اللبناني عن توقيف أحد الجناة في منطقة بئر العبد، لإقدامه على إحراق شقة مواطن آخر، حيث تمّ العثور بداخلها على جثة المواطنة من مواليد 2006
وقد روى مقربون ووالد المغدورة تفاصيل الجريمة وناشد والد الضحية الرأي العام مساعدته في الضغط على الجهات المعنية، كي لا يفلت مرتكبو الجريمة من العقاب.
وقال والد المجني عليها: “الجريمة تمت مع سبق الإصرار والترصد، “وقد اعترف الموقوف برمي جالون بنزين على ابنتي وإحراقها”.
وأضاف: “فما حصل مع ابنتي جريمة يشهد لها التاريخ، ولا عدالة في هذا البلد، إن لم يضغط الرأي العام في هذه القضية فإن المعنيين سيتنصلون من واجباتهم تجاهها”.
ووفق الوالد، فإنّ ابنته غادرت المنزل قبل أيام من الجريمة. ويفيد قريبها بأنهم أبلغوا القوى الأمنية بالأمر، وانتظروا عودتها. لكنّ الصدمة كانت بتلقي الوالد اتصالا من ابنته بعد عدة أيام من اختفائها تطلب منه الإسراع لنجدتها وإسعافها وذلكَ لأنَّ سيارة صدمتها ولاذَ صاحبها بالفرار وكانت الفتاة قد تعرضت لعدة كسور من جرَّاء الحادث، وعلى الفور أسرع أخو المغدورة لإسعاف أخته إلى المشفى إلاّ أنَّ الفتاة اختفت من مكان الحادث، وبعد عدة أيّام تلقّى الوالد اتصالاً منَ الشُّرطة يدعوه للتعرف على جثة ابنته المتفحمة.
وذكر موقع “لبنان 24” أن الصور الملتقطة في مكان الجريمة تظهر الجثة المتفحمة في زاوية إحدى الغرف الفارغة من الأثاث بالقرب من نافذة.
ونظرا ًللضرر الكبير الذي لحق بالجثة نتيجة الحريق الذي أشعله القتلة بجسدها، لم يتمكن الوالد من التعرف على جثة ابنته، وانتظر وعائلته نتيجة فحص الحمض النووي ليتأكد من أنَّ الجثَّة المحترق تعود لابنته.
وجراء التلف اللاحق بالجثة نتيجة حرقها، لم يتمكن الطبيب الشرعي من تحديد ما إن كانت الفتاة قد تعرضت لاعتداء جنسي قبل قتلها أم لا.
ناشدَ الوالد البجّهات المختصّة بأن تأخذ العدالة مجراها وينال الجناة عقابهم ، وخصوصاً بعدَ تدخُّل بعض الجهات وتبرير أفعال المتهمين الجنات واتّهام الفتاة بأنّها كانت سبب نشوب خلافات بين الجناة وغيرها من المبررات.
وتمنّى والد المغدورة ألا تكون ابنته قد أحرقت وهي على قيد الحياة حتى لا تكون قد عانت ولكن الطب الشرعي أثبتّ بأنَّ الجناة القتلة أحرقوها وهي على قيد الحياة.
عندما يتمادى الإنسان بوحشيّته يصبحُ وجوده خطرا على الإنسانية ولابد منَ القصاص العادل وإلا فلا حياة آمنة.
